How far in advance should I book?

For bridal and wedding bookings we recommend 3-6 months ahead. For studio and special event makeup, 2-3 weeks is usually enough, but peak weekends book quickly.

Do you travel to the client’s location?

Yes. Our Travel Makeup Service brings the glam to your home, hotel, or venue. A travel fee applies based on distance from London and will be confirmed before your booking.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures your date. Once you submit a booking request we’ll send an invoice with the deposit amount and payment details.

What products do you use?

We use a curated mix of luxury and professional brands chosen for performance on camera and longevity. All tools are sanitised between clients, and we cater to sensitive skin on request.

Can I request a trial before my wedding?

Absolutely. A bridal trial is strongly recommended and can be booked as a standalone service — we’ll recreate the look on your wedding day with any adjustments you request.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to move your booking to another available date if you give us at least 72hours notice. Please contact us as early as possible if plans change.
